Abstract:Objective To explore the intervention effect of staged rehabilitation exercise on postoperative patients with rotator cuff tear(RCT).Methods A total of 117 RCT patients admitted to Yixing People's Hospital in year 2022 and 2023 were selected, and randomly divided into a control group of 58 and an intervention group of 59.The control group received routine rehabilitation, while the intervention group underwent staged rehabilitation. Then, the shoulder joint function, life quality and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of the Constant-Murley shoulder score system and the generic quality of life inventory-74 of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=-5.715,P<0.001;t=-3.196,P=0.002),while the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the latter(x2=4.376,P=0.036).Conclusion The application of staged rehabilitation exercise can promote the recovery of shoulder joint function in patients after RCT surgery, improve their life quality, and reduce the incidence of complications.
