Nursing care of one dilated cardiomyopathy patient complicated with diabetes mellitus who underwent subcutaneous implantable cardioverter defibrillator implantation

Abstract：This article summarizes the nursing care of a diabetes patient with dilated cardiomyopathy who underwent subcutaneous implantable cardioverter defibrillator implantation.The key points of nursing include the treatment of original pocket infections,the management of postoperative incisions and arrhythmias,as well as cardiac rehabilitation nursing.After meticulous care,the patient had no complications and was discharged 7 days after the operation.
