Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of the early warning supervision mechanism combined with contradictory intention training in patients with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure undergoing mechanical ventilation. Methods A total of 90 severe pneumonia patients with respiratory failure undergoing mechanical ventilation and admitted to the first people's hospital of Jiujiang city,Jiangxi province between October 2022 and September 2024 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, each of 45,according to a random number table. Both groups were given conventional mechanical ventilation care, while the experimental group was additionally offered early warning supervision mechanism care combined with contradictory intention training. The hope level, treatment compliance, occurrence of complications and rehabilitation process of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the hope level and treatment compliance of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=-35.410,P<0.001;Z=-4.534,P<0.001),while the incidence of complications was significantly lower(x2=4.865,P=0.027),with the duration of mechanical ventilation and the total hospital stay significantly shorter than that of the control group(t=7.833,P<0.001;t=6.268,P<0.001).Conclusion The early warning supervision mechanism combined with contradictory intention training can improve the patients' hope levels and treatment compliance, and reduce the incidence of complications, promoting their rehabilitation.
