Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of the nursing model based on the intervention mapping theory on the negative emotions and life quality of ischemic stroke survivors. Methods Ninety-eight ischemic stroke survivors admitted to the department of neurology of Zhengzhou people's hospital in year 2022 and 2023 were selected. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each of 49,according to a random number table. The control group received routine care, while the observation group underwent nursing based on the intervention mapping theory. After intervention, the anxiety, depression, psychological resilience and life quality were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=7.759,P<0.001;t=10.658,P<0.001),while the scores of all dimensions of psychological resilience and life quality were significantly higher than the latter(t=-6.104,P<0.001;P<0.001 for all). Conclusion The nursing model based on the intervention mapping theory has a good application effect in ischemic stroke survivors. It can alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients, and enhance their psychological resilience and life quality. Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
