Application of ultrasonic nebulization fumigation combined with comfortable nursing in hemorrhoidal patients after surgery

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of ultrasonic atomization fumigator combined with comfort nursing in patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods Sixty patients with mixed hemorrhoids and admitted to the general surgery department of Anhui provincial armed police hospital between March 2023 and May 2024 were selected,and divided into a control group and an observation group,each of 30,according to a random number table.In addition to the routine nursing,the control group was given compound phellodendron liquid sitz bath,while the observation group underwent ultrasonic atomization fumigation combined with comfort nursing.The postoperative pain score,wound fluid seepage and comfort level were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the pain score and wound fluid seepage of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=—2.570,P=0.013;Z=2.254,P=0.024),while the comfort score was significantly higher than the latter(t=3.402,P=0.001).Conclusion Ultrasonic atomizing fumigation combined with comfort nursing intervention can relieve postoperative wound pain and fluid seepage of patients with mixed hemorrhoids,and improve their comfort.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application.
