Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of position management based on the enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)on patients after carotid artery stenting. Methods A total of 76 patients with carotid artery stenting and admitted to the department of neurology of Deyang second people's hospital between January 2022 and May 2024 were selected, and divided into an observation group and a control group, each of 38,according to a random number table. The control group received routine postoperative immobilization, while the observation group underwent ERAS-based postural management. The postoperative cerebral perfusion, complication rate and comfort level were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in time effect, intergroup effect and interaction effect of the cerebral blood flow between the two groups(Ftime=0.152,P=0.862;Fgroups=0.083,P=0.780;Finteraction=0.456,P=0.640).However,the number of dysuria in the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group(x2=5.208,P=0.023),while the comfort score was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=2.450,P=0.017).There was no statistically significant difference in the number of cases of bleeding and hematoma at the puncture sites between the two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion The ERAS-based postural management can lower postoperative complications and improve the comfort of patients, without any effect on cerebral hemodynamics. Therefore, such treatment is of good clinical practicability and safety.
