Nursing care of a child with Bartter syndrome combined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding

Abstract：The emergency treatment and nursing care of a child with Bartter syndrome combined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding was summarized.The main nursing measures included early recognition of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding symptoms,early enteral nutritional support,dynamic monitoring of potassium changes and nasogastric potassium supplementation,early psychological nursing.After 16 days of meticulous treatment and nursing,the symptoms of gastrointestinal bleeding and electrolyte imbalance improved,and there was no arrhythmia or cardiac arrest,and the child was discharged after his condition was stable.
