Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of progressive muscle relaxation training combined with music therapy in threatened abortion patients. Methods A total of 98 threatened abortion patients admitted to the third hospital of Xiamen between January 2023 and January 2024 were selected, and divided into an intervention group and a control group, each of 49,according to a random number table. Both groups were given routine intervention, while the intervention group was additionally provided with progressive muscle relaxation training combined with music therapy. The self-perceived burden, negative emotions and self-efficacy of both groups were evaluated using the self-perceived burden scale(SPBS),Beck anxiety inventory(BAI),Beck depression inventory-Ⅱ(BDI-Ⅱ)and general self-efficacy scale(GSES).The success rates of fetal preservation and delivery were compared. Results After the intervention, the SPBS、BAI、BDI-Ⅱ scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than that of the control group(t=6.782,P<0.001;t=9.009,P<0.001;t=5.960,P<0.001),while the GSES score was significantly higher than the latter(t=-3.398,P=0.001).The success rates of fetal preservation and delivery in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(x2=4.405,P=0.036;x2=5.457,P=0.019).Conclusion Progressive muscle relaxation training combined with music therapy can alleviate self-perceived burden and negative emotions,as well as promote the self-efficacy and pregnancy ocotcomes of threatened abortion patients.
