Nursing care of a patient with infective endocarditis complicated with intracranial multiple aneurysms rupture

Abstract：This study summarized the nursing of a patient with infective endocarditis complicated with intracranial multiple aneurysm rupture and hemorrhage.The main nursing points included active anti-infection and prevention of secondary infection,stabilization of circulatory system and maintenance of effective perfusion,early identification of the symptoms of aneurysm rupture bleeding;anticoagulant therapy to reduce the risk of bleeding;early parenteral nutrition support and individualized psychological counseling.After 16-day active treatment and careful nursing,the patient was transferred to the rehabilitation department for further treatment in stable condition.
