Research progress on demand and training of ECMO specialized nurses

Abstract：ECMO technology is a extracorporeal technology used to rescue patients with critical cardiopulmonary failure,and nurses are an important part of the ECMO nursing team.This paper reviews the demand for ECMO specialist nurses at home and abroad,as well as their responsibilities and training methods.Moreover,the relevant suggestions were put forward according to the current status of ECMO specialist nurses in China,to serve as a reference for nursing administrators to formulate relevant training programs and policies.
