Nursing care of 34 elderly patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing atrioventricular node ablation combined with His-Purkinje conduction system pacing

Abstract：The article summarized the nursing experience of 34 elderly patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing atrioventricular node ablation combined with His-Purkinje conduction system pacing.The key nursing points included accurate assessment,optimization of preoperative preparation,close monitoring to strengthen intraoperative risk pre-control,comprehensive management to promote early postoperative rehabilitation,and health education.After active treatment and careful nursing,all patients were recovered with improvement.At follow-up 6 months later,all pacemakers worked well and their symptoms of heart failure were significantly relieved.
