Current situation of successful aging in the work of olderly clinical nurses and its influencing factors

Abstract：Objective To explore the current situation of successful aging at work of olderly clinical nurses and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide a reference to improve the condition.Methods A total of 686 olderly clinical nurses were selected from 21 hospitals in Tianjin and surveyed using a general condition questionnaire,the successful aging at work scale,transformational leadership scale,job crafting scale,career resilience scale,and workplace spirituality scale.Results The score of successful aging was(59.83±10.96)points.Linear regression analysis showed that gender,educational level,transformational leadership,job crafting,career resilience,and workplace spirituality were the influencing factors of successful aging(R2=0.582,adjusted R2=0.575,F=93.797,P＜0.001).Conclusion Successful aging of olderly clinical nurses is of a moderate level and influenced by many factors.Nursing managers should implement targeted interventions according to the influencing factors,so as to improve the level.
