Establishment of enteric preparation index for inpatients of endoscopy center and its obstacle factors in preparation

Abstract:Objective Based on the current application status of the best evidence for bowel preparation before colonoscopy in clinical practice,to analyze the obstacle factors,so as to provide references for promoting the clinical transformation of such evidence.Methods The best evidence for bowel preparation before colonoscopy was searched in both Chinese and English databases and related websites,on this basis review indicators and review methods were determined.According to the results of the baseline review,the barriers and facilitators to introducing evidence into clinical practice were analyzed by brainstorming method.Results A total of 7 review indicators were ultimately formulated.Among them,the clinical compliance rate of 4 was less than 60%.Moreover,the main barriers included the lack of a reasonable assessment tool,bowel preparation diet management needs to be improved,colonoscopy diagnosis and treatment time is not accurately grasped,adjuvant intestinal preparation measures were not implemented.Conclusion When applying the best evidence in endoscopy wards,targeted intervention measures should be formulated considering barriers,facilitators,patient preferences and willingness,so as to promote the transformation and application of the best evidence.
