Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of PERMA intervention on the self-efficacy,compliance and rehabilitation outcomes of maternal pelvic floor muscle training in pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment. Methods Using the convenience sampling method,36 women undergoing pelvic floor rehabilitation in the first affiliated hospital of Gannan medical university between March and May 2023 were selected into the control group, while 36 counterparts treated between July and September 2023 were chosen into the observation group. Both groups were given the conventional pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment, while the observation group was additionally provided with the PERMA intervention. Before and after the intervention, the self-efficacy,compliance and rehabilitation effect were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the self-efficacy,compliance and pelvic floor muscle assessment score of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group(t=-2.372,P=0.021;Z=-3.571,P=0.001;t=-2.098,P=0.039).Moreover,the symptom relief of the former group was significantly superior to the latter(x2=5.143,P=0.023).Conclusion The PERMA intervention can improve the self-efficacy and compliance of parturients undergoing maternal pelvic floor muscle training, relieve the symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction, and achieve better rehabilitation effect.
