Influencing factors of kinesiophobia in breast cancer patients after surgery:a Meta-analysis

Abstract:Objective To evaluate systematically the influencing factors of kinesiophobia among breast cancer patients after surgery.Methods Articles on the influencing factors of kinesiophobia among breast cancer patients after surgeries were searched in Chinese and English databases,with the time setting from the inception up to March 2024.All data were analyzed using the Stata 16.0 software.Results A total of 10 studies were included,with a total sample size of 1 503.Meta-analysis showed that the influencing factors included education level[OR=0.660,95%CI(0.474,0.919)],family monthly income per capita[OR=0.613,95%CI(0.430,0.875)],pain degree[OR=2.166,95%CI(1.851,2.536)],anxiety[OR=1.161,95%CI(1.025,1.314)],positive coping[OR=0.884,95%CI(0.846,0.922)],self-efficacy[OR=0.743,9 5%CI(0.6 9 9,0.789)],and social support[OR=0.927,95%CI(0.880,0.977)].Conclusion The occurrence of kinesiophobia after breast cancer surgery is due to a large variety of factors.Therefore,the nursing staff should accurately identify high-risk patients and provide personalized and targeted intervention measures to lower its incidence.
