Establishment of evaluation index system for core competence of inflammatory bowel diseases nurses

Abstract：Objective To establish an evaluation index system for the core competence of nurses in the department of inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD),and to provide references for the training of IBD specialist nurses.Methods After literature review on based on IBD nurses'core competence and semi-structured interviews,a preliminary system was formed.The final version was established using the Delphi method and hierarchy analysis.Results The positive coefficient of experts in the rounds of letter consultation were both 100.00％,with the coefficient of expert authority of 0.863 and 0.877,respectively.The Kendall harmony coefficients of the two rounds were 0.193～0.385 and 0.217～0.427,respectively.The final system consisted of 5 first-level,15 second-level and 67 third-level indexes.Conclusion The evaluation system established in this study is scientific,comprehensive and reliable,which can provide references for the training and evaluation of IBD nurses.
