Construction of a transitional nursing plan for stroke survivors with dysphagia based on health empowerment

Abstract:Objective To establish a transitional nursing plan for stroke survivors with dysphagia based on the theory of health empowerment.Methods The draft of transitional nursing plan for stroke survivors with dysphagia was constructed after literature review based on the theoretical framework of health empowerment,and semi-structured interviews.Then two rounds of letter consultation were conducted using the Delphi method,to revise and establish the final version.Results A total of 15 experts were consulted on the two rounds of letter consultation,with the effective recovery rates of 86.67%and 100%.Moreover,the expert authority coefficients were 0.906 and 0.910,and the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.235 and 0.320,respectively.The final scale consisted of 5 first-level,11 second-level and 24 third-level indicators.Conclusion The scale constructed in this study is scientific and reliable,systematic and practical.
