Nursing cooperation of 42 cases of holoimage-guided robot-assisted laparoscopic resection of renal hilar tumor

Abstract：This article summarized the nursing cooperation experience of 42 cases of holoimage-guided robot-assisted laparoscopic resection of renal hilar tumor.Before the operation,the holographic image reconstruction was fully studied for good preparation.During the operation,patients'positions and surgical layout were standardized,with detailed surgical cooperation.Vital signs observation and instrument disposal management were performed after the operation.All 42 patients completed the operation successfully without conversion to laparotomy.Their laparoscopic resection lasted 90～120 min,with the intraoperative blood loss of 80～150 mL.All patients were of stable intraoperative vital signs and recovered well postoperatively.
