Abstract：This article reviewed the concept of social isolation,and the impact on health,assessment tools,influencing factors,intervention measures for patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.The aim is to help healthcare professionals understand the characteristics of social isolation,and realize early identification and timely intervention.
