Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of bedside intelligent interactive system video teaching combined with authorized education in early rehabilitation of stroke survivors with hemiplegia. Methods A total of 90 stroke survivors with hemiplegia who were hospitalized in the neurology department of Liaocheng people's hospital between October 2022 and June 2023 were selected, and divided into a control group and an observation group, each of 45,according to their different wards. Both groups received 8-week rehabilitation training using the video teaching of the bedside intelligent interactive system, while the observation group was additionally provided with authorized education. Then both groups were evaluated using the Fugl Meyer assessment scale(FMA),stroke specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)and modified Rankin scale(MRS).Results The FMA score,MRS score, and SS-QOL score of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(Finter-group=120.137,P<0.001;Finter-group=8.658,P<0.001;Finter-group=51.646,P<0.001).Conclusion The combination of bedside intelligent interactive system video teaching and authorized education can improve the motor function of stroke survivors with hemiplegia,as well as their neurological function and life quality.
