Application effect of evidence-based nursing under ACE-Star model on patients undergoing adenomyosis lesion resection

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing under ACE-Star model in patients undergoing adenomyosis surgery.Methods Eighty-six patients with adenomyosis and undergoing surgery in the department of obstetrics and gynecology between February 2021 and September 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group,each of 43,according to a random number table.The control group received perioperative routine nursing,while the observation group was given evidence-based nursing based on ACE-Star model.The psychological state,postoperative complications and life quality were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(t=5.366,P＜0.001;t=8.118,P＜0.001),while the complication rate was significantly lower than the latter(x2=4.962,P=0.026).Moreover,the total score of life quality in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(t=5.489,P＜0.001).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing based on ACE-Star model can relieve the negative emotions of patients undergoing adenomyosis surgery,lower their incidence of postoperative complications and improve their life quality.
