Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of pressure inoculation training combined with spouse empathic nursing on mental resilience and delivery outcomes of high-risk primipara. Methods A total of 84 high-risk primipara admitted to the author's hospital between January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as research objects, and divided into a routine group and a combination group, each of 42,according to a random number table. Both groups were given routine nursing, while the combination group was additionally provided with pressure inoculation training combined with spouse empathy nursing. The cesarean section rate was compared between the two groups. Moreover, before and after the intervention, both groups were evaluated using the childbirth attitudes questionnaire(CAQ),Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),and social support rating scale(SSRS).Results The CAQ score and cesarean section rate were significantly lower than that of the routine group(t=2.289,P=0.024;x2=3.977,P=0.046).Moreover,the scores of CD-RISC and SSRS were significantly higher than the latter group(t=-2.591,P=0.011;t=-2.364,P=0.020).Conclusion Stress inoculation training combined with spouse empathic care can effectively reduce the fear of childbirth and the cesarean section rate, improve the psychological resilience, social support of high-risk primipara.
