Abstract：This paper summarized the building and management of a nursing team in a branch of a large grade-A tertrary hospital in Hubei province,in order to provide references in this field.Before the opening of the branch,nursing management team was established and a process system was formulated in advance.After the opening of the branch,human resource management,nursing quality and safety management,and personnel training management were carried out,and attention was paid to the growth of the nursing team with humanistic care.With quality and safety as the cornerstone,a complete management system of specialty construction,teaching and scientific research was constructed in the branch hospital.
