Nursing care of a patient with ineffective platelet transfusion failure who developed hemorrhagic cystitis during hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

Abstract：This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with hemorrhagic cystitis during hematopoietic stem cell transplantation who failed immune platelet transfusion.The nursing points include:hemorrhagic cystitis care,nutritional support management,infection prevention management,exercise intervention during absolute bed rest,psychological care,and family continuity care after discharge.Then,27 days after transplantation,the patient could walk normally at discharge.
