Construction of quality evaluation index system for nursing undergraduate tutors training bases

Abstract：Objective To construct a quality evaluation index system for the nursing undergraduate tutoring training base,aiming to provide references for evaluation in this field.Methods Using the three-dimensional quality model"structure-process-result"as the framework,the evaluation indicators and their weights were determined through literature review,semi-structured interviews and the Delphi method.Results The recovery rates of the two rounds of expert letter consultation were both 100％.The authority coefficients were 0.944 and 0.900,while the Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.236 and 0.210,respectively.The quality evaluation index system ultimately constructed included 3 first-level,10 second-level and 39 third-level indicators.Conclusion The quality evaluation index system constructed is scientific,reasonable,comprehensive,practical and targeted in content,which has guiding significance for evaluating the quality of nursing undergraduate tutor training base.
