Analysis of prenatal fear and its influencing factors in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy

Abstract:Objective To explore the status quo and influencing factors of prenatal fear of delivery in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP).Methods A total of 100 ICP patients admitted to our hospital between May 2020 and April 2023 were selected and surveyed using a general condition questionnaire,the childbirth attitudes questionnaires(CAQ),short form of the Chinese childbirth self-efficacy inventory(CBSEI-C32),Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)and family assessment device(FAD).Results The CAQ score was(41.53±4.16)points.According to the multiple linear regression analysis,the scores of CBSEI-C32 and FAD were independent influencing factors of the CAQ score(R2 =0.964,△R2 =0.961,F=354.047,P<0.001).Conclusion Prenatal fear of ICP patients is at a moderate level,and special attention and health education should be given to those with lower childbirth self-efficacy or family function to relieve their negative feeling.
