Application of fine management in the management of external orthopedic instruments and implants in the operating room

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of fine management in the management of orthopedic foreign devices and implants.Methods A total of 1 275 orthopedic implant surgeries performed from January to March 2022 were set as the control group,and 1 023 orthopedic implant surgeries performed from April to June 2022 were set as the intervention group.The control group was treated with conventional orthopedic instruments and implants management and the intervention group was given fine management.Results The management quality of external devices and implants in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05),and the incidence of intraoperative inventory accidents was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine management can effectively implement the link control of orthopedic external instruments and implants,significantly improve the quality of external instruments and implants management,and reduce the incidence of intraoperative inventory accidents.
