Abstract：This paper summarizes the practical experience of providing home nursing service for patients with home nursing needs,led by tertiary hospitals on the"nursing service at home"platform.Between September 2021 and September 2023,the author's hospital carried out a total of 48 kinds of home nursing service projects,completed 2 045 home nursing service orders,and the patient satisfaction evaluation reached 100%.The implementation of"Internet+nursing service"has benefited more people in need,with high satisfaction.However,such limitations of insufficient human resources,insufficient projects and security risks should also be paid attention to,and improved in the future.
