Research progress and implications of advance nursing plan for clying children

Abstract：Advance care planning(ACP)is an important part of palliative care for children and the key to optimizing care for clying children.This paper reviews the concept of ACP for children and its prerequisites for initiation,its efffects on children,their relatives and medical staff,and the challenges and countermeasures in its implementation,so as to provide a reference for the clinical practice.
