Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of shared decision plan combined with interval training on elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Totally 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and treated in author's hospital between February 2022 and August 2023 were selected, and divided into a control group and an observation group, each of 40,according to a random number table. Both groups were given routine health education and interval training, while the observation group was additionally provided with shared decision making. The cardiopulmonary function and decision conflict were compared between the two groups after the intervention. Results After intervention, the peak oxygen intake(PeakVO2),anaerobic threshold oxyen intake(ATVO2),stroke volume(SV)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(t=2.909,P=0.005;t=2.062,P=0.043;t=2.813,P=0.006;t=2.865,P= 0.005),while the score of the decision conflict scale was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=6.907,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of shared decision plan and interval training in elderly patients with coronary heart disease can effectively improve their cardiopulmonary function and reduce their level of decision conflict. Therefore,it is worthy of promoting in the clinical practice.
