Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of motion-guided imaginary training on neuropathic pain and sleep disorders after the spinal nerve decompression. Methods Sixty-two patients with neuropathic pain and sleep disturbance after the spinal nerve decompression were divided into a control group and an observation group, each of 31,according to a random number table. Both groups were given routine nursing, while the observation group was additionally provided with motion-guided imaginary training. Then the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and visual analogue scale(VAS)were employed to evaluate the sleep quality and pain of both groups. Results After intervention, there were significant time effect, intergroup effect and interaction effect between the two groups in the PSQI(Ftime =429.691,P<0.001;Fintergroup = 7.063,P<0.001;Finteraction = 25.634,P<0.001)and VAS scores(Ftime = 790.029,P<0.001;Fintergroup = 46.914,P<0.0 0 1;Finteraction= 180.366,P<0.001).Conclusion Motion-guided imaginary training can relieve neuropathic pain and sleep disturbance of patients after the spinal cord decompression. Therefore,it is worthy of clinical qpplication.
