A review of the scope of intervention programs for cancer patients with asthenia syndrome

Abstract:Objective To systematically analyze the relevant studies of intervention programs for cancer patients with asthenia syndrome,identify the specific content,outcome indicators and intervention effects,so as to provide references for medical staff to carry out relevant intervention.Methods According to the research methods of scope review,databases including CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,Cochrane Library,PubMed,Embase and Web of Science were searched with the time setting until August 31,2022.The included literature was screened,summarized and analyzed.Results A total of 10 articles were included.The intervention plan covered three parts of evaluation,pre-intervention assessment,induction intervention and formal intervention.The demographic characteristics were evaluated before intervention,and induction intervention referred to meditation and yoga,while formal intervention included meaning therapy,commitment therapy and dignity therapy.The outcome measures of the intervention were also summarised.Conclusion At present,the intervention for patients with cancer asystagogic syndrome is of great variety,with flexible strategies and certain effect.Future studies should clarify more effective intervention strategies,and work out scientific and appropriate intervention programs.
