Abstract:Objective To explore the status quo of self-regulated fatigue of stroke survivors in convalescence and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide references for making individualized nursing intervention plan. Methods Totally 199 stroke survivors admitted between February and May 2023 were selected, and surveyed using a general condition questionnaire, national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS),self-regulatory fatigue scale, positive and negative affect scale, function exercise adherence scale of cerebral apoplexy patients and social support rating scale. Results The total score of self-regulated fatigue was(47.39±4.54)points,negatively correlated with positive emotion and social support(r=-0.437,P<0.001;r=-0.633,P<0.001),but positively correlated with negative emotion(r=0.346,P<0.001).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender, age, educational level, marital status, compliance with functional exercise,NIHSS score, negative emotion and social support were independent influencing factors of self-regulated fatigue among such patients(R2=0.552,△ R2=0.528,F=23.153,P<0.001).Conclusion The stroke survivors in convalescence have self-regulating fatigue above the average. Therefore, targeted intervention measures should be formulated according to its influencing factors to lower the level and promote the recovery of such patients.
