Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of applying quantified water drinking and prancing stone-removing exercise in patients with urolithiasis. Methods A total of 126 patients with urinary calculi between January 2020 and January 2022 were selected, and divided into a control group and an observation group, each of 63,according to a random number table. Both groups received routine treatment and quantitative water drinking management, while the observation group was additionally provided with prancing stone-removing exercise. The rate and timing of stone removal were compared between the two groups. Results The stone removal rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ2 =9.259,P=0.002),while the stone removal of the former was significantly earlier than the latter(t=8.701,P<0.001).Conclusion The method in this study can promote the excretion of stones in patients with urolithiasis easily and feasibly, which is worthy of application in the clinical practice.
