Nursing care of patients with diabetic foot ulcers treated with autogenous platelet-rich gel

Abstract：This study summarized the perioperative nursing of 120 patients with diabetic foot ulcers treated with the autogenous platelet-rich gel, which included a comprehensive evaluation of the illness, the blood sugar control, deactivated tissue removal, the preparation and use of the autogenous platelet-rich gel, diet guide, mental nursing, strict aseptic operations and close observation. After the intervention, complete ulcer healing was observed in 30 patients, 80％ shrinking in the ulcer area in 47 ones, 40％ shrinking in 24 ones and no changes in 19 patients.
