Abstract:Objective To explore the curative effect of endoscopic mucosal resection for early colorectal cancer patients and the nursing. Methods Totally 88 early colorectal cancer patients receiving the endoscopic mucosal resection between September 2014 and September 2015 were randomly assigned into a control group and an observation group, each of 44.The control group was given traditional nursing, while the observation group was provided with strengthened perioperative care. The operation time, the hospital stays, the incidence of postoperative complications and the patients′ satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (t=10.634,P<0.001;t=23.119,P<0.001), but the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).Moreover, patients′ satisfaction to nursing was significantly higher than the control group(Z=-3.649,P<0.001.Conclusion Perioperative nursing for early colorectal cancer patients after endoscopic mucosal resection can shorten the operation time and hospital stay, reduce postoperative complications and promote their satisfaction to nursing.
