The effect of applying cluster management strategy in the transport of critically ill respiratory patients

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of cluster management in the transport of critically ill respiratory patients.Methods A total of 120 patients in need of intrahospital transport were divided into a control group and an experimental group by admission time, each of 60.The control group was transferred with traditional method, while the experimental group was done using the cluster management strategy.Results The accident rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the satisfaction of the former was significantly higher than the latter.Conclusion The cluster management strategy can be used to obviously reduce the transport risk of critically ill respiratory patients, shorten their hospitalization time and improve their satisfaction.
