Effects of early rehabilitation nursing on independent living ability and negative emotion of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the independent living ability and negative emotion of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Ninety-two hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage survivors admitted to our hospital between May 2014 to November 2015 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, each of 46,according to a random number table.Both groups were given conventional nursing,while the observation group was additionally provided with early rehabilitation nursing.The two groups were compared in activities of daily living (ADL ), negative emotions including anxiety and depression and patients′satisfaction for nursing.Results At 4 weeks after hospitalization,the ADL score and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the anxiety and depression scores of the former were significantly lower than the latter. Conclusion The early rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the ADL and relieve negative emotions of patients after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
