Individualized nursing intervention on infantile pneumonia patients with atomizing inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride treatment

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of individualized nursing intervention on infantile pneumonia patients with atomizing inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride treatment.Methods Totally 124 paediatric patients with infantile pneumonia were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each of 62,according to a random number table.The observation group was given individualized nursing,while the control group was provided with routine nursing.Then the clinical effect, hospital stay,remission time of symptoms and signs and compliance of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical effect of the observation group was significant better than that of the control group (Z=-4.636,P=0.000).The hospital stay of the former was significantly shorter than the latter,while the cough and gasp for breath disappeared significantly earlier in the former group than the latter.Significantly more patients in the observation group chose alimentary control,self check and sports.Conclusion The individualized nursing intervention is of significant effect for infantile pneumonia patients with atomizing inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride.
