Abstract：Objective To observe the practice effects of quality control circle activities in reducing the complications of patients undergoing hemodialysis.Methods According to the order of admission,80 patients undergoing hemodialysis were divided into 2 groups,each of 40.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group was given quality control circle activities management.The incidence of complications and the quality of life of the 2 groups were compared. Results The incidence rates of hypotension,catheter related infections and malnutrition in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (χ2 = 6.275,P = 0.012,χ2 =6.646,P =0.010,χ2 =9.600,P =0.002).The scores of physical function,cognitive function,role function and social function in the former were higher than those in the later.Conclusion Quality control circle activities can reduce the incidence rates of complications such as hypotension, malnutrition and so on,and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
