Abstract:Objective To study the effect of perioperative preemptive analgesia for renal calculi patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL).Methods Totally 103 cases of renal calculi to receive PCNL were randomly divided into an observation group (n =49)and a control group (n = 54).The observation group was given perioperative preemptive analgesia. The control group was provided with routine nursing and pain killer. The pain at 3 days after the operation, postoperative sleeping quality and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, but the sleep quality was significantly higher than that in the control group. No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the observation group. Conclusion Perioperative analgesia nursing can effectively relieve postoperative pain in patients with PCNL,and improve the quality of sleeping, beneficial to the rapid recovery of patients after surgery.
