Abstract:[Abstract ] Objective To study the application effect of continuous nursing intervention on patients with alcoholic liver disease (ALD).Methods Eighty-six patients with ALD were randomly divided into a control group (n =43)and an observation group (n =43 ).Both groups were given routine nursing during hospitalization, while the observation group was additionally given continuous nursing for 6 months after discharge. The psychological status, alcohol withdrawal and compliance of the two groups were compared at 6 months after their discharge. Results The scores of each factor in the SCL-90 scale of the observation group after nursing intervention were significantly lower than before nursing intervention and those of the control group.Two,4 and 6 months after the nursing intervention, the rates of alcohol withdrawal and compliance in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusion The continuous nursing intervention can effectively eliminate the negative emotions of ALD patients, and promote the rates of alcohol withdrawal and compliance significantly.
