Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of the gasification hydrogen peroxide sterilization machine applied in supply room sterilization.Methods In May 201 5,autoclaving was adopted in the supply room of our hospital,while in the following month gasification hydrogen peroxide sterilization was conducted.The sterilization time and effect were compared between the 2 months.Results The sterilization time of the former was (1.32 ± 0.1 1 )h ,significantly longer than the latter (t = 37.24,P = 0.00).In May,94.28% bacteria were killed,without significant differences from that in June of 98.18%.Conclusion Gasification hydrogen peroxide sterilization machine applied in the supply room can significantly shorten the sterilization time with good effect.
