Application of QCC in reducing unsuccessfully separating ventilator for patients with preventive tracheotomy after thoracotomy

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of applying quality control circle (QCC ) in reducing unsuccessfully separating ventilator for patients with preventive tracheotomy after thoracotomy .Methods QCC was established with the theme of reducing unsuccessfully separating ventilators .The failure rates of separating ventilators for patients with preventive tracheotomy before and after QCC implemented were compard .Result After the implementation of QCC ,the failure rate decreased from 33% to 8 .3% . Conclusion Applying QCC can reduce the failure rate of weaning ventilators for patients with preventive tracheotomy and promote early rehabilitation .
