Emergency green channel for patients with acute myocardial infarction

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effect of the emergency green channel for patients with acute myocardial infarction.Method A total of 228 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated through the emergency green channel between January 2013 and January 2014 were chosen.And their rescue time were recorded.Result Among the 228 patients with acute myocardial infarction,7 died and 221 survived,with a survival rate of 96.9%.Their emergency treatment lasted from 12 to 54 min,with an average stay of 32.5min.The time spent on building the vein route ranged from 5 to 12 min,with an average time of 7.6min.The time spent on giving oral medication was between 4 and 10min,with an average time of 5.8min.The admission-to-balloon time ranged from 34 to 78min,with an average time of 52.6min.Conclusion The emergency green channel for patients with acute myocardial infarction runs in good condition.
