Research in safety evaluation indicator for the critically i ll obstetric patients

Abstract：Objective To establish a scientific,objective and practical safety efficiency evaluation scale for the critically ill obstetric patients.Methods Based on the related literature,the indicators of efficiency for the critically ill obstetric patients system were identified tentatively.Then 25 experts accepted 2-round consultation using the Delphi method.Results The response rate of experts in the first and second round consultation was 92% and 100% respectively.The scale constructed comprised of 27 indicators about evaluation basis and 8 evaluation indicators in 3 dimensions.The experts′authority coefficient was 0.91,and the coordination coefficient was 0.60. Conclusions The evaluation system has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a standard and guidance for obstetric nurses in clinical practice.
