Effects of clinical nursing path in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus after cesarean section

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effects of clinical nursing path in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus after cesarean section .Methods Totally 120 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into observation group (n= 60) and control group (n= 60) .The two groups were given holistic nursing as the basis .The control group was given traditional nursing , the experimental group was given clinical nursing path for gestational diabetes mellitus .Results The health knowledge awareness rate and treatment compliance in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group .The postpartum blood glucose control and weight in the observation group were better than that in the control group . Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing path for pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus can optimize the nursing process ,promote maternal recovery .
