Abstract:Objective To study the effects of level nursing on PICC‐related bloodstream infections patients with lung cancer .Methods From January 2011 to June 2014 ,patients diagnosed as lung cancer and given PICC were divided into control group (n=206 )and observation group (n=356) according to before and after implementing level nursing .The incidence of CRBSI ,indwelling time and satisfaction of 2 groups were compared ,and the mastery of relevant knowledge of nurses was analyzed .Results Only one patient (0 .28% ) had CRBSI in the observation group , the indwelling time was (142 .2 ± 22 .7)d .Four patients (1 .94% ) had CRBSI in the control group ,the indwelling time was (89 .6 ± 19 .5)d .The satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (Z= -9 .582 ,P<0 .01) .The mastery of relevant knowledge of nurses in the observation group was better than that in the control group .Conclusion Different levels of nursing staff combination can impove knowledge levels of nurses ,reduce the rate of CRBSI ,extend the indwelling time ,thereby it can improve patients'outcomes and satisfaction to care .
