Clinical effect of individual stage nursing for patients with severe pelvic fractures
Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of individual stage nursing for patients with severe pelvic fractures. Methods From January 2010 to July 2013,43 patients with severe pelvic fractures were divided into observation group (n=2 5 )and control group (n=1 8 ).The observation group was treated with individual stage nursing, and the control group was treated with the conventional nursing. The clinical nursing effect, the anxiety before and after nursing, rates of complication and satisfaction of patients between two groups were compared. Results Cases of vital signs and other physiological indexes abnormalities between two groups had no statistical differences (χ2= 0.002,χ2= 0.271,P>0.05).The cases of second operation in the observation group were less than that in the control group (χ2= 4.208, P<0.05 ).The cases of joint activity scores higher than 80 in the observation group were more than that in the control group(χ2= 4.208,P<0.05).SAS scores in pre-operation and a week after operation of the observation group were both lower than those of control group (t= 2.756,t= 2.804,P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group(χ2=7.494, P<0.01).Satisfaction on the nursing of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (χ2= 5.387,P<0.05).Conclusion Individual stage nursing for patients with severe pelvic fractures can improve the effect of clinical nursing, prognosis and the life quality of patients.
