Nursing intervention for patients with dysphagia after stroke

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of different nursing intervention on patients with dysphagia after cerebral stroke ,to improve the quality of life in patients with stroke .Methods 96 patients with dysphagia after stroke from August 2011 to August 2013 in our hospital were selected as experimental objects ,and they were randomly divided into two groups .The control group was given routine nursing care ,the experimental group were given improved nursing .Results Swallowing function in the experimental group was better than that in the control group ,and the number of patients who could eat common food was more than that in the control group .The anxiety in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group . Conclusion Improved nursing intervention can effectively improve the swallowing function ,the diet of the patients and the quality of life of patients after stroke .
